Phase 1 (Q3 2024)

• Complete the development of The Last Lord beta version ✅

• Launch the official website, whitepaper, and establish the community ✅

• Snapshot for Bitcoin Ecosystem Supporters ✅

Phase 2 (Q4 2024)

• Launch the public beta test of The Last Lord ✅

• Announce the The Last Lord: No Man's Land expansion pack

• Launch the token system, NFT minting feature, Pets system, Token staking system, Equipment upgrade system, PvP system, and guild system

• Complete the wiki documentation

• Kick off the first season of The Last Lord

• Provide multilingual support (Korean, Japanese, Chinese, French, etc.)

Phase 3 (Q1 2025)

• Announce the second expansion pack for The Last Lord

• Start the second season of The Last Lord

Phase 4 (Q2-Q3 2025)

• Release the demo for the second roguelike game

While the team is already thinking beyond the items listed on the roadmap, in the interest of maintaining the flexibility needed to adjust to ever-changing market conditions, we believe prematurely projecting our plans too far out into the future could create expectations within our community and unnecessarily lock us into certain paths. We will therefore keep our options open and only announce our intended direction once we have more certainty.
